Revocation policy

You may exercise your right of revocation subject to the following provisions:

Right of revocation
You are entitled to revoke the contract within fourteen days without specifying a reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you take delivery of the goods excluding the carrier. You are required to notify us

of your decision to revoke the contract by making a clear declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may though are not required to use the attached sample revocation form for the purpose.

Compliance with the revocation period is ensured by you merely sending your revocation notification prior to expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

Should you decide to revoke the contract, any payments received from you including delivery costs (except additional costs due to choosing a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) is refunded promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your revocation notification for the contract. This refund is processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you are not charged for the refund.

We may refuse a refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided evidence the goods were returned, whichever comes first.

You are required to return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day you notified us of your revocation of the contract. Compliance with the term is ensured by you merely sending the goods prior to expiration of the fourteen day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are payable by you.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the value of the goods should the depreciation be due to handling the goods in a way not appropriate for the examination of their quality, features and functionality.

End of revocation policy

Grounds for exclusion or termination

(1) The right to revoke expires early for contracts to deliver sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons should the seal be removed subsequent to delivery. PHALLOSAN forte is a sanitary product which under public health law is not permitted for resle after opening the inner seal. You may open the outer seal of the package to examine the device as you are able to do at a retail store. The inner seal represents an absolute hygiene protection. Products returned with broken inner seal are disposed of by us.

(2) The right to revoke does not apply to the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and require custom selection or specification from the consumer to be produced or are clearly tailed to the personal needs of the consumer or for delivery of sealed goods which under public health law are not suitable for return should the seal be removed following delivery. (The goods offered in the Swiss Sana AG online shop are double sealed. The outer seal may be removed to examine the goods just as you are able to do at a retail store. Opening the inner seal voids the right of revocation.)

(3) Please avoid any damage and contamination. Whenever possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging along with all accessories and all packaging elements. Whenever necessary, use additional outer packaging for protection. Should you no longer have the original packaging, please be sure to use suitable packaging to adequately protect the product from transport damage to avoid any indemnification claims for damage due to inadequate packaging.

(4) Please note, the modalities specified in the above paragraphs 1 to 3 are not a requirement to effectively exercise your right of revocation.
