In 1997 the founder of Orbisan Ltd. visited a friend who confided in him that he was frustrated about a failed attempt at penis enlargement surgery.
He no longer had any feeling in the head of the penis (glans), because various nerves had been severed in the course of surgery. What is more, the poorly stitched scar was causing a curvature of the penis.
With his friend’s doctor’s report he consulted various German urologists.
All of them said it was a hopeless case.
From a physician he purchased a penis enlargement device which was claimed would straighten the penis with two telescopic rods. Because the device was painful to wear and clearly visible beneath his clothing, he had the idea of developing his own new and more comfortable penis enlargement device. That was the origin of penisPlus+, from which PHALLOSAN® developed.
In 2000 PenisPlus+ was further developed as PHALLOSAN®. It no longer transfers the tensile force to the penis via a loop secured behind the bulge of the glans. It uses the vacuum exerted by the pull on the surface of the penis and transfers the force in this way.
Orbisan Ltd. was founded in Malta under German management in 1999. Since then the company has expanded substantially and its workforce has grown. It now has independent representatives in Canada, USA, Japan, China, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and other countries. Today our products are shipped all over the world.
PenisPlus+ and PHALLOSAN® are patented. In the past few years further patent applications have been made for improvements. PHALLOSAN® is available in all German, Austrian and Swiss pharmacies.
